I’m going to go for a walk, a 5k walk!! Haven’t done that for a while – but it’s for a cause.

You probably know I have Stage 4 COPD. I’ve bored you about it often enough. I go for a short walk every few days, maybe as much as 1.5k. This Saturday, I’m going to walk 5k – not all in one go! I’m doing it for the ‘Rock Run in aid of CF. I had great lungs for 57 years. Those with CF never have great lungs. So please help. I’ll do the walking. You donate. Deal?
